What are Girls Clubs? Girls Clubs are an outreach of the Department of Women's Ministries to assist the local church in teaching our girls victorious living. Little Sweethearts-Our preschool girls learn who Jesus is, how special they are to Him, and how they can share His love through Bible stories, hands-on activities, and merit badge studies. Bluebelles-for girls in the first, second and third grades. Primary girls are provided exciting learning experiences through a three-year achievement series, Bluebelles Bible Explorations, merit badge studies, and group activities. Joy Belles-for girls in fourth, fifth, and sixth grades. Junior girls are provided group activities, an exciting three-year achievement program, Journeys With Joy Belles, and merit badge studies. These clubs are for the purpose of: encouraging growth in Christ developing personal character, abilities and skills discovering ways to serve others providing Christian fellowship and recreation winning peers for Christ

Dear Girls Club Families, We are so happy to be able to work with your daughter in our Girls Club! We are enjoying each one of "our" girls so much, and we look forward to the opportunity to teach them more about God's word. The teachers that work with "our" girls on Wednesday night have been trained and certified to work as teachers and counselors. We have a very dedicated group of loving, caring, Christian teachers. It is our sincere prayer that we can help mold the lives of "our" girls in the church to become steadfast in God's word, and train them to become great leaders in God's kingdom. Our desire is to see "our" precious girls become the women of God they were created to be. The program is designed for Bible instruction, as well as merit study programs, for each age level. Girls may earn badges, etc., for completing each program of study. There will also be activities for the girls to enjoy and participate in throughout the year. Girls need to bring to the Club each week $1.00 for dues. These dues will help finance the activities of the Girls Club, Also, we are collecting Campbell's Soup Labels. Please join with us prayerfully for all the girls in Girls Club, that we may lead them to a deeper, siritual walk with the Lord. Your involvement is so important! We look forward to many great days ahead with "our" precious girls of South Cleveland Church of God. |
